ABOUT US

Hi, I’m sAlly Collings

I’m Sally Collings, a collaborative writer and book editor with an outstanding track record of creating bestsellers and award-winning titles for the world's leading publishing houses.

After landing my dream job as an editor for HarperCollins straight out of college, I pursued that career path across the globe, my journey taking me to Sydney, London, and Silicon Valley. My years in publishing have given me a deep understanding of the book creation process and the demands of the market.

For the past decade I’ve worked as a ghostwriter and book editor, collaborating with authors who have a message that the world needs to hear. When I wrote my first book (Sophie’s Journey, an instant bestseller), I discovered I had a flair for drawing out people’s stories and insights through interviews. Since then, I’ve applied that flair to books in the space of personal growth, spiritual practice, business leadership, and innovation.

I delight in partnering with natural storytellers and speakers—and others for whom long-form writing isn’t their idea of a good time. I regularly work with authors who have overcome obstacles to reach a position of impact, including people with ADHD and learning differences; women of influence; and the nonbinary community.

My author clients are represented at a number of agencies, including Park & Fine Literary & Media, Talcott Notch Literary, The Palgon Company, and Marsal Lyon Literary Agency. Some have published with HarperBusiness, St. Martin’s Press, Simon & Schuster, and Chronicle Books, while others have successfully self-published their books or worked with leading hybrid publishers.

Born in Australia, I now call Northern California home, and I get my kicks running through the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Hi, I’m Autumn Jade Monroe

I’m Jade Monroe, an award-winning ghostwriter and bestselling substantive editor with a passion for serving neurodivergent authors and those in the trauma community.

I specialize in memoir, personal development, education, and business writing. I enjoy championing neurodivergent authors aiming to share their creativity with the world; trauma thrivers relaying stories of pain and perseverance; behavioral health practitioners; and educators seeking to equip neurodivergent learners.

After one decade of combined experience in technical writing and curriculum development, I shifted my focus to full-time ghostwriting in 2020. Over the past three years, I have produced two award-winning memoirs and several bestselling self-help books. I have positioned my authors for success with The Big Five through writing and refining book proposals. I have also coached many authors through the art of self and collaborative publishing. Whatever my clients’ goals—I come alongside them as an enthusiastic guide, dedicated to their success!

My experience includes: collaborating on NYT bestsellers at Kevin Anderson & Associates of New York City; as well as ghostwriting through Birthright Books, Ballast Books, Greenleaf, and StoryTerrace.

I believe storytelling is a cathartic, empowering responsibility. I also believe authors in the neurodivergent space have remarkable stories to tell—they just need someone to help them streamline the process! I want to be that someone.

My extensive work with writers in the neurodivergent space, paired with my lived experience of having OCD, makes me passionate about bringing advocacy and awareness to this community of brilliant thinkers.
